Our Producers

Behind every cup, a family.

We don't source from exporters. We know every farmer by name.

Direct trade is not a marketing term for us — it is the only way we know how to work. We visit every farm before each harvest. We taste the cherries at the source. We set prices together, not based on a commodity exchange that has never seen these mountains. When you drink AVORA, you are drinking the result of that relationship.

Huehuetenango

Cooperativa Mam

We have farmed these mountains since our grandfathers' time. The cold nights are not a problem — they are the gift.

Direct from the source

No middlemen.
No compromises.

Our commitment

Direct trade, defined.

We pay above market price

Every farmer receives a premium that reflects the quality they produce, not the commodity price.

We visit every farm

Our team travels to each farm before every harvest. No exceptions, no middlemen.

We share our tasting evaluations

Transparency is a form of respect. Farmers see every evaluation we make of their coffee.

Taste their work

Six farms. Six stories.

Each origin is a direct line to the family that grew it. Order once and you will understand why we work this way.
