Returns and refunds
How to send something back, and what happens then.
Not published
This page is not a policy yet
The structure is here, but the points below are decisions for the owner of the business and have not been made. Nothing on this page has been agreed, and nothing on it should be relied on.
Still to be decided
- The registered name of the company that sells this coffee — the one on the business registration, which may not be the word AVORA.
- That company's full registered address, including the country.
- Its tax registration number — the NIT, or a VAT number if it has one.
- The day these pages start to apply, as a calendar date.
- How many days a customer has, from the day the parcel arrives, to ask to send it back.
- How many days it takes to send a refund once a return has been accepted.
- Who pays the postage on a returned parcel: the customer, or AVORA.
- The address a returned parcel should be sent to.
Until every point above has an answer, this page stays out of the sitemap and asks search engines not to list it.
The answers are written once, in lib/legal-answers.ts, and this notice removes itself.
How to start a return
Write to the address at the foot of this page with your order number and what has gone wrong. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back, so the parcel does not arrive somewhere it cannot be received.
How a refund reaches you
Refunds are made through Stripe and go back to the card or wallet the order was paid with. We cannot send a refund anywhere else, and we do not hold your card details to be able to.
Subscriptions
A subscription is stopped or paused from your account page rather than through a return. Stopping it prevents the next renewal; it does not refund a delivery you have already had.
If it arrives damaged, or it is the wrong coffee
Write to the address at the foot of this page with your order number and a photograph, before sending anything back.
